Day 4 on Jenny!

I thought I would get under 250 this morning and even had the camera ready to capture the moment but I got on and was up a bit today. Daily fluctuations I guess. Maybe tomorrow.

I don't know if it is planned that way but yesterday I felt like I had lots of food but today I've been hungry all day.

Here's what I ate:

I had the complete breakfast cereal with skim, 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese with splenda and cinnamon, and a small banana. Great breakfast.

By 10 a.m. I was hungry so I had my Canadian bar - which I love - tastes almost like a Mars bar or at least the way I remember them as its been so long. I was supposed to have a piece of fruit but saved it for my lunch.

Lunch was Southwestern Chicken and Rice - good actually and I had left over stir-fried veggies and some baby carrots/snap peas. Had a grapefruit as well.

My afternoon snack was too small - small bag of cheese twists sort of like Doritos but not half as salty. Just too small of a snack - didn't cut it.

Supper was beef with mashed potatoes and veggies. The lunch and supper entrees are just so small. I guess that is how they work with the weight-loss. I was going to leave it at that but by 7:00 p.m. I was starving so had a small banana (was supposed to be part of evening snack). Good thing I did too. I had a Parent Group meeting and they had a huge tray of cookies that could have been challenging.

And for my evening snack - ff yogurt with small portion of frozen berries and slivered almonds. Good snack. Already hungry though! I will need to go to bed soon.

One thing I'm doing is drinking lots of water.

Anyhow, another day down. Really hope I get past 250 tomorrow. Can't wait. :)
