I know that I shouldn't do it but I do it! I get on the scale every morning and one morning this week showed me down 1 lb so down to 247.5 which was exciting. And now I am back up and nothing is showing but I've been really following the program (after Saturday) and feeling a bit down.
I would like to see a decent loss but even the one pound I saw before would be amazing. Anything down would be great.
I know I have set the goal of 242 by 10/18 and maybe that is not realistic but I just want to see the scale moving downwards.
I feel good, I feel my clothes are far more comfortable and I am feeling more confident. My face looks slimmer. I just don't get it.
Anyhow, I have til Saturday for my official WI. Here's hoping something moves. :)

The frustrations that we face along this journey are almost as bad as the feelings we had when we weren't doing anything about our weight. Almost. But this IS better than not trying. You are doing great, regardless of what the scale says. Just stick with it!
