This has been a terrible week! I am absolutely sucking at staying OP. Not good! I haven't been binging but I am just eating what I want.
The problem is a lot of those foods are higher in sodium which means I am swollen - my hands are really bad right now.
I also took another fall - what is wrong with me this winter. That is a big fall each month since November. Not good! I can just be grateful that nothing is actually broken but my back is not appreciating the impacts.
I also have to say that I am not feeling good in my clothes. With the bloating and swelling of eating the wrong foods, come feeling uncomfortable in my clothes and really in my own body.
Here's hoping I don't gain on Thursday. If I do, I know I didn't do what it takes to lose.

But just a point of clarification - YOU do NOT suck! Maybe you aren't making the best choices right now, but you are still the same AMAZING woman who lost 140 lbs. You are a great mom and wife. What you eat is not who you are.
There is a lot going on with your life right now. please be kind and gentle with yourself. Give yourself the grace and patience you would give me or someone else who was struggling.
By the way, I have never told you how much I love that New Years picture you have posted. You look fantastic and I love your smile everytime I come to your page.

I think the fact that you are not bingeing is a success. I can not imagine the stress you are under with everything being turned upside down in your world.

A few bad days or even a bad week is not going to make you or break you. You have the ability to turn it around and get right back to it, as best you can! Go girl :P

Maybe this isn't the best week for you, but it isn't the worst either, right? You're still on the road to success.
BTW...I love your note about how you lost 140 lbs. There's a lot of good information there...and a lot of truth.
Don't fret over one WI. You'll just make it up next week. I know fluid is a killer!
