Day 4 down and counting!

Well I rejoined Weight Watchers on Thursday evening and started following the program Friday morning. Since then, I have been on program (OP). I have been eating well and moving a bit more. It's making me feel good. Each day feels like a step away from that feeling of failure. One day at a time, I can do this and I will.

One challenge will be keeping my mind off food - I found myself letting my mind wander about what was in the cupboards and what I could eat. You know that old-school reference of "entertaining thoughts" - I was doing that. I wasn't hungry at all and had not planned for anything so to stop that thinking, I went to the WW boards and started posting to keep focused and busy.

So far I've been doing well - shopped Sunday for lots of fresh foods and I've been cooking as well to ensure that I have lots of low-point healthy options.

I'm really feeling good about my efforts. Yay me!

I'm looking forward to Thursday's weigh-in! Anything down will be a success! :)

Don't feel like a failure for gaining some weight back. We've all done it. Just learn from it and move on.
