Went to my WI last night! Good meeting and great loss! Down 7.3 lbs! I'm so excited! It's been so long since I've seen the scale move down. Now I know the importance of counting my points and eating all my daily points at least. When I reviewed my journal, I was undereating a lot of days and still doing lots of high-intensity activity. That was a real wake-up call for me about the importance of fueling my body properly for the activity I'm doing. Also its interesting that as soon as I started eating more, the running got so much easier. Really great!
So tonight I pick up my race package for tomorrow's race. It's supposed to be raining tomorrow lightly so that is perfect weather for me for running. I am so looking forward to tomorrow's run! Very exciting for a newbie like me! :)

Congratulations on your excellent loss Seph! I'm thrilled to hear that things are going your way at last, sounds like you're really back on track and seeing the benefit from tracking and counting and planning, that's just wonderful! I am so happy for you. I hope you have a good run tomorrow, remember to have fun, I know you will do well, the main thing is that you are feeling better!
