Today I went to sign up for Weight Watchers and the meeting was closed. I can start on Wednesday night downtown or next Saturday but its disappointing when you are looking forward to starting. I will still work this week at making great healthy choices but I don't have any WW materials as everything is still in storage until our house is ready.
Oh well, its not just a one day event. I did well food-wise today so I'm pretty happy about that.

That is disappointing, esp. since you had to make so much effort to go!
But you are right, it is just one day and you know enough to make the best choices possible right now :)
Great to see you posting again Seph. I missed your posts. In reading your post it struck me how your experience this weekend mirrors the whole weight loss journey. There may be some bumps in the road but you WILL make it to our destination.
