Last week I just lost it. It seems I do really well and then let go. I was just so emotional and of course, it follows that I was eating out of control. When TOM showed up on Sunday, it all became clear. This month, I am going to plan for the next PMS time so that I don't sabotage my efforts.
In the meantime, DH and I decided our Valentine's gift to each other is a membership to the YMCA. They have such great equipment plus free childminding. I can go and workout while my son enjoys himself with new friends in a nice play area.
DH and I had our first workout on Valentine's Day which was such a nice date together. I find it easier when we are both following a program although I've done it on my own. We each had a great workout and DS had a blast so it was a terrific day.
Tuesday, I didn't have time to workout because we had so many errands to run and then I had to clean my house top to bottom because I did nothing the week before. That was exercise enough as my muscles were still sore. Then yesterday a carpenter came to work on a few things in our home so I couldn't leave. But after he left, I went straight downstairs for a great workout - its amazing what inclines can do on the treadmill to increase the intensity. Anyhow, I have been feeling good and so much more energetic. It's a good feeling! :)
